EiCitronella: Visual Evolution and Operational Expansion

Our field services and inventory management platform has experienced significant improvements that optimize user experience and expand our market reach.

Complete Visual Renewal

During June 2025, we successfully launched the new Look and Feel for our Field Services and Asset Management software, marking an important milestone in our platform's visual evolution. This renewal includes a modernized interface that substantially improves usability and reduces training time for new users. The optimized responsive design ensures a smooth experience on both mobile devices and web access, adapting to our clients' field work needs.

Octopus (Dish)

In May 2025, we officially began operations with Octopus (Dish), implementing a complete environment for field services and inventory management. This project demonstrates the successful scalability of our platform in the telecommunications sector, perfectly adapting to the specific needs of specialized inventory management.

Unilever Ice Cream Division

The incorporation of Unilever's ice cream division as a new strategic client represents a significant achievement following months of a highly successful POC. We now comprehensively manage through our field service and asset management solution, customer registration and prospecting for traditional channels, in addition to completely administering the national inventory of freezers. This project validates the robustness of our solution in the mass consumer products sector, especially in managing geographically distributed refrigerated equipment.

Technological Consolidation

The migration of Ingenico to the new Citronella environment is in its final stage, with the upcoming integration of Evo Payment (Global Payments) scheduled for this month. This infrastructure modernization ensures greater stability and performance, consolidating our technological architecture to support future growth.

EiLease: Comprehensive Optimization of Credit and Leasing System

Our credit and leasing system has been strengthened with technical improvements that directly impact operational efficiency and customer experience.

Credit Bureau Query Modernization

We implemented credit bureau queries through API, eliminating the VPN dependency that previously limited operational flexibility. This update has resulted in a significant reduction in response times and greater connection stability, considerably improving the security and traceability of credit inquiries.

Report Optimization

The complete update of the reports module through API has transformed how our clients access their critical information. Financial and operational report generation is now faster and more accurate, while the improved interface facilitates the extraction of critical data necessary for strategic decision-making.

New Financial Capabilities

We created the disbursement module in conjunction with STP, automating payment processes that traditionally required manual intervention and were prone to errors. This banking integration significantly accelerates transactions and improves our clients' cash flow, providing greater control and visibility over their financial operations.

Support Strengthening

The implementation of our new technical support system has optimized response times and substantially improved case tracking. This improvement represents a transformation in customer service experience, ensuring more efficient resolutions and closer support for our users.

EiCitronella – Enhanced Field Control and Flexibility

A New Look and Feel

We have revamped EiCitronella’s interface to improve user experience, making navigation and access to functionalities more intuitive.

New Features for Greater Control

• In-App Password Reset: Users can now recover their credentials quickly and securely.

• App Module Configuration: Customize user access by enabling/disabling the following modules:

o Create Ticket

o Inventory

o Shipments

o Password Reset

o Services

• Signature Management on Tickets: Option to require (or not) a technician’s signature when closing a ticket via the mobile app.

•As of February 2025, Grupo Bimbo has gone live with EiCitronella, reinforcing trust in our solution for field service management and inventory control. With this implementation, Grupo Bimbo enhances supervision and traceability of its technicians and inventory, ensuring greater field operation efficiency.

•EiCitronella provides accurate tracking of attendance, locations, work hours, and photo reports of completed activities. Additionally, digitizing these processes simplifies report generation and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling better strategic decision-making within their operations.

3. Billing Report: Verifies which clients have billing and stamp tax retention enabled.

• Error validation: Identifies specific errors within uploaded files.
